Thought Wanderings

Sweden - Finland. What a game.
This is when Floorball turns to a professional sport and makes most other teams look like happy amateurs... Finland played much better than we thought they were capable of and they made this shadow final great and exciting.
Yes, the new WFC system is so much better than the old one - that we complained about so much a few years back.

USA - Slovakia, we missed it, since it was too early - but the result indicates that USA indeed has a good chance to beat a team at this level...
For tomorrow as Canada meets Latvia and USA plays Norway, some people say good luck others say this is the largest game ever for the North American troops..... We say good luck too, but we are also realistic enough to think there might be very painful losses posted at this time tomorrow for both North American teams...
Then of course Australia held up very good against Denmark a few hours ago and Korea must be seen as the big surprise as they ran over Japan with 3-1...

Oh well let's - it's not over til the fat lady sings...

Caution

Research suggest that eye-injuries are more common in Floorball as compared to Tennis, but less common as compared to Squash (similar to Racquetball).
To minimize this risk of injury Floorballcentral recommend: Use certified protective eye-wear (mandated in many European areas for the youth). Do not lay down on the court. Follow the rules strict on stick height.

Also if you get addicted to this sport - do not blame us!
