IOC Calls for mixed gender teams

Korfball just tweeted that they like IOC's call for mixed gender teams. Good. Very good. But from our own Floorball perspective we do not see anything that would be an obstacle to play mixed gender Floorball games too?
Really? nope.
We do this all the time as the recreational version of Floorball is used. So the question is not about how to do it - but how to shape the administrative routines to form such an activity at the more advanced competition level.. It just sounds modern and fresh ;-D.

Who is first? Is our own call to you ;-D - First version - three on three plus goalie - with at least one female on the court all the time? Smaller field? Less players - Max 10 on a full team?
Or how would you design this? Yourself - as being the ad-mini-strative guru?

Research suggest that eye-injuries are more common in Floorball as compared to Tennis, but less common as compared to Squash (similar to Racquetball).
To minimize this risk of injury Floorballcentral recommend: Use certified protective eye-wear (mandated in many European areas for the youth). Do not lay down on the court. Follow the rules strict on stick height.
