West Coast Hockey Pre Camp

Is one of the best Hockey schools in Canada...

We picked this up NOW from BCFloorball

Greg Beaudin from Floorball+ and BC Floorball says, “We have extensive Hockey Development experience from Peewee to Pro. We believe strongly in the power of ‘play’ as a means to develop skills in hockey. Floorball gets young hockey players performing an entire set of cross-training drills and exercises without them even knowing about it. The best Floorball stickhandlers are often called out by parents as the best stickhandlers on the ice. Floorball also teaches Hockey players, defensive awareness, body position, agility, hockey smarts and advanced team play concepts.”

Source?  Sure

Looks like USA needs this blog more than Canada right now - ;-D

Research suggest that eye-injuries are more common in Floorball as compared to Tennis, but less common as compared to Squash (similar to Racquetball).
To minimize this risk of injury Floorballcentral recommend: Use certified protective eye-wear (mandated in many European areas for the youth). Do not lay down on the court. Follow the rules strict on stick height.
