The Swedish Minister of Sports - use our language

"- As the Minister of Sport I am very pleased to welcome all participants to Sweden in December. Floorball is a very popular sport here and many people are looking forward to the Championships. Today, nearly 850 000 women and men, girls and boys of all ages play floorball after school, after work or at the elite level. This means that floorball is Sweden’s largest indoor sport. I have also noticed that floorball has grown so much internationally and it makes me very happy."

Research suggest that eye-injuries are more common in Floorball as compared to Tennis, but less common as compared to Squash (similar to Racquetball).
To minimize this risk of injury Floorballcentral recommend: Use certified protective eye-wear (mandated in many European areas for the youth). Do not lay down on the court. Follow the rules strict on stick height.
