Tomorrow the juniors play the world gold game in Ice Hockey

It is played between Sweden and Finland.. Yes same teams as in the big Championship in 2013 - eh both Finland and Sweden are very small nations too - just as a reference.

Here is one of Finland's largest Hockey stars that will play for the gold in the final tomorrow Sunday. Mr. Teuvo Teräväinen is player number 94 in the blue team.

The Swedish stars Filip Forsberg and Jacob De La Rose -to be found here - doing some hockey practice with the top notch Leksand Hockey Club... They will also play important roles in the final tomorrow...

The guys that never played Floorball has either been kicked out from the tournament or is not playing for gold.. We hope they will try some Floorball if they still are in Sweden.

And yet again we ask - what is the largest difference as it comes to "stick-culture" between NA and EU?
Has the school system anything to do with this (guess what kids do in school over there..) And what is it that can be changed (and we do not talk about the ice size or the refs or...).

Has lacrosse or baseball a proven track record to improve hockey? If so we want to see the facts here on this blog.

Oh my oh my...This starts to almost be boring to nag about...

Research suggest that eye-injuries are more common in Floorball as compared to Tennis, but less common as compared to Squash (similar to Racquetball).
To minimize this risk of injury Floorballcentral recommend: Use certified protective eye-wear (mandated in many European areas for the youth). Do not lay down on the court. Follow the rules strict on stick height.
