Blog Development 2013/2014

Hm,
We did try a model with several more writers earlier that did not work too good. It kind of disintegrated. So we went over to a re-posting style instead and right now the number of contributing writers here is fairly low. But traffic is just growing and this month had a flying start and the pace is well ahead of a new monthly best ever hitz record number right now + we think we will see much more positive development within our fav subject and then of course December spells WWFC too.

So as we now pass a quarter million hits in a day or two... and there is no doubt the potential for a Floorball blog in the USA - that reaches out globally seems to work utterly well. Nope we have yet to win blogin' awards - but one of the world's largest Floorball connoisseurs said the other day that this blog - Floorballcentral - has the potential to become the world's most important Floorball blog. Very kind words OK OK hold the horses we are not there yet. But in truth if Floorball will have a similar development in North America as is Europe - then things will turn towards starlight --->.

But maybe we should plan ahead a bit? Maybe we need a few more contributors here? Both for text, design and social media? Maybe we should try to become more commercialized with ads and or other solutions? Maybe we should build other stuff too - and the sky is the limit? Since we like crowd sourcing here... well let us know what you think. In the case you do... ;-D - why not post your manifest here:

We can not promise anything - but crowd sourced ideas are always a good thing.

Caution

Research suggest that eye-injuries are more common in Floorball as compared to Tennis, but less common as compared to Squash (similar to Racquetball).
To minimize this risk of injury Floorballcentral recommend: Use certified protective eye-wear (mandated in many European areas for the youth). Do not lay down on the court. Follow the rules strict on stick height.
