The predictable order repeats itself - is our opinion.

One World, One Ball and One Predictable Order?

Sweden, Falun and Rönnby are cheering away - we think they should since they just won the Champions Cup. That is good.

But we are utterly concerned here about the One predictable order of all the team placements. It is not good and it will not take the sport to the Olympics if all teams continues to subscribe to the more or less same placements in tourney after tourney.. It is just wrong.
And the Swedish winning and the placements of all teams in Champions Cup just engrave a very consistent placement pattern that must be broken.
It is not just the top four nations that must work on this. This must become a much more important matter for the sport. The skill levels of the ability to play the worlds best Floorball must become much more levelized.
The four top national federations must start to take their responsibility in this matter - NOW.

Here we can only suggest as we already have done before..
A) We need new European Top Floorball Leagues - maybe one North and one Central - kill the National idea in Floorball for a while since it is not beneficial AT ALL to the sport right now.
B) Floorball can not only focus its expansion on quantity (more member associations in far away land) it must build quality in far away-land too (USA, Canada are quality Ice Hockey Nations and India, Pakistan, Holland and Argentina has a good idea how to play Field Hockey)... THEY ALL need strong mentors now.
C) Floorballcentral thinks that the Champions Cup does not fill a purpose as long as most outcomes are too predictable - put the tourney on ice and use all resources to spread the skill levels to many more countries and teams instead.

Play the game so all become better - before we play the game to win - this strategy would grow our thing - much faster.

Caution

Research suggest that eye-injuries are more common in Floorball as compared to Tennis, but less common as compared to Squash (similar to Racquetball).
To minimize this risk of injury Floorballcentral recommend: Use certified protective eye-wear (mandated in many European areas for the youth). Do not lay down on the court. Follow the rules strict on stick height.
