So Good but not in English on LTAD

This is one of the best LTAD presentations ever - clear and it cover all the important areas - problem is that it is done in Swedish with no closed captions. OK lookat the pictures and pls then go to http://www.canadiansportforlife.ca/ to read up on LTAD - if you not already are an expert.

One more thing - this is produced by the Swedish National Floorball Federation together with one of the largest Swedish Insurance companies - this is exactly where big insurance and health companies should invest in their future - not in silly ads.

Caution

Research suggest that eye-injuries are more common in Floorball as compared to Tennis, but less common as compared to Squash (similar to Racquetball).
To minimize this risk of injury Floorballcentral recommend: Use certified protective eye-wear (mandated in many European areas for the youth). Do not lay down on the court. Follow the rules strict on stick height.
