Focus on Floorball in China for the Month of July

As you know the Chinese society is very progressive and develops very fast in many areas - now also in Floorball.

This is what IFF just shared.. let us quote:

"As a part of the positive development of floorball within the Universities of southern China, the Beijing Normal University Zhuhai Campus will together with the Floorball Development Center and the IFF organize a workshop for floorball coaches and referees on July 5th-7th.

The main responsibility of the seminar lies with Mrs. Chen Xin, who spent last winter in Finland learning about Floorball coaching and how to organize events."

Full story cover what our dear friend Ms. Xin and her PE teachers are up to on the Olympic path.... -     here: http://www.floorball.org/news.asp?id_tiedote=3312

Research suggest that eye-injuries are more common in Floorball as compared to Tennis, but less common as compared to Squash (similar to Racquetball).
To minimize this risk of injury Floorballcentral recommend: Use certified protective eye-wear (mandated in many European areas for the youth). Do not lay down on the court. Follow the rules strict on stick height.
