Can Can Canada do this?

Sure they Can they just did it..
What?
Canada ha just recently posted that they want offers from Floorball producers to sponsor their team... so far it looks like this..
http://www.floorballcanada.org/5/post/2013/07/fc-is-looking-for-a-new-national-equipment-and-apparel-partner.html

We think something like this, it is a cool fresh new and forward way to post this like this online and we have not seen this before. But to have Floorball producers to read this? Well it probably has to be advertised too. Or maybe mailed to the 3-4 that might be interested?

Then we have a problem - the request sounds like a plan economy plan with all players on one stick brand and one brand of shoes... kinda?

In our opinion, a sponsor for a national team should be able to help with the uniform, bags and so forth and have all the credits for doing this.
As it some to the most vital parts of game play - like sticks and shoes... well we here do not believe in plan economy. This must be the choice of each player = he or she may always pick what they like the most - irrespective on what company or brand is behind the team..

And we think this is the way it should work for club teams to - if you have a sponsor let them be main provider - but refrain from communistic ideas that all must have the same stick or shoes... let the individuals remain individuals..

Caution

Research suggest that eye-injuries are more common in Floorball as compared to Tennis, but less common as compared to Squash (similar to Racquetball).
To minimize this risk of injury Floorballcentral recommend: Use certified protective eye-wear (mandated in many European areas for the youth). Do not lay down on the court. Follow the rules strict on stick height.
