India's Best Female Floorballplayer!!!


May we present India's best female Floorball player. Ms. Sangeeta Rathi - She was just recently selected at the MVP during the just played 7th Indian National Championships. That is not bad - to be best in a country with 1.25 billion people livin' there - na, maybe not all of them play Floorball yet...
But as we talk potential there is one more thing to remember - India is huge on Hockey - i.e. what we call field Hockey here in the USA. Yes, field hockey has helped Floorball forward before - including in Sweden. Dude and Dudettes...

We just real fast checked in with Ms. Rathi to paint a more personal portrait of this incredible Floorball princess

How long have you played?
- I have been playing Floorball for the last 4 years.

Why do you like Floorball?
- I LOVE TO PLAY Floorball as it is a safe, fast, comfortable & fun sport.

Do you play a lots of hockey too?
- I'm also a hockey player since last 7 years.
I started playing hockey from 6th class and still playing it in college.

Do you have any sport idol or role model?
- My Role Model Is " John Cena " Because he never give up and he never quit. He always fights back in extreme situations.

What do you do 5 years from today?
-I want to represent India in Olympics as a Indian Captain in Women's National Team.

Is there something else you want to add?
- My family supports me a lot.
- My friend Mrinal Naugain encourage and motivate Me to play.
