Deaf? Not for this...

We are working - and have been working on a very large text now for months - that will cover both Floorball's origin as well as many adopted and special versions of the sport. We knew about Floorball being played by athletes with hearing impairments, but we have not so far developed a chapter in our text on that subject... maybe we should?
Welcome to the world - here is Floorball for people with no, or limited hearing - welcome to the culture of the deaf!

Research suggest that eye-injuries are more common in Floorball as compared to Tennis, but less common as compared to Squash (similar to Racquetball).
To minimize this risk of injury Floorballcentral recommend: Use certified protective eye-wear (mandated in many European areas for the youth). Do not lay down on the court. Follow the rules strict on stick height.
