Just a few basic facts from an article published today at the IFF.

Korean School Sports have used Floorball for a very short time..

2012 Korea had a large School Sport Championship with 32 different disciplines.

Floorball was - this the very first year it was used in these games - the 9TH largest sport out of 32 - with 850 players involved in Floorball, all were local champions.
That means that they instantly - almost -  have 23 other Korean School sports behind them... not bad huh?

Our take on these basic facts from Korea?  - Well, we think it most likely can become the single and the largest sports activity at any School related event. More people tend to agree...
"- Hopefully, more and more schools and students play floorball every year so that floorball can be the best sport among those 32 sportsMr. Hwang Joo Kim, KFF general secretary, said."

Research suggest that eye-injuries are more common in Floorball as compared to Tennis, but less common as compared to Squash (similar to Racquetball).
To minimize this risk of injury Floorballcentral recommend: Use certified protective eye-wear (mandated in many European areas for the youth). Do not lay down on the court. Follow the rules strict on stick height.
