Is there enough done for the little people?

Yes, the last video from Malaysia is good. Yes, some of the very largest tournaments are indeed geared towards kids and so on - so there is no doubt -Floorball is doing a lot for all the kids out there..

But today's question is if what we do is enough?

To be fair it is not too easy to find good movies of young children playing Floorball in school for instance - that are produced in a seriously and good manner. There are neither very much websites or blogs, or sections in other media devoted to young children (we only know about a few exceptions).
How about if national federations was more or less mandated to incorporate a section about Floorball for the very youngest? Or maybe even local clubs. If you run your own group and you do not offer a kids session - well we here think you can do better.
Or how does the top International strategy look like for the youngest Floorball players? Will the U9 age group have a WFC too soon? Someone knows?

We want you to reflect on this matter for a few minutes... can we do better for the kids and perhaps promote Floorball more towards them?

The kids only happen to be - our common future.

Research suggest that eye-injuries are more common in Floorball as compared to Tennis, but less common as compared to Squash (similar to Racquetball).
To minimize this risk of injury Floorballcentral recommend: Use certified protective eye-wear (mandated in many European areas for the youth). Do not lay down on the court. Follow the rules strict on stick height.
