A few notable things from all the youth games

There has been a lots of games for young players over in Sweden recently with not only the world's largest Floorball tournament and Gothia Cup and the main district championships player in a number of different age-groups for both genders..
We want to mention a few little special extra things we picked up via Innebandymagazinet;
- First we saw a youth team that used only - listen to this - balls that matched their own jersey color, cool idea huh.
- Then we saw an image of one coach - dressed in a full suite with tie - whereas, the other teams coach was wearing a pink one-piece "Wonsie". We just wonder in what direction the future fashion of coaches in Floorball will take from here.
-  Then this is a very interesting penalty - no not that they switch player. But what happens to the ball. If you look closely.. The first cheer is for the goalie saving the ball. But the ball travels straight up in the air - and the next cheer is when the ball lands again behind the goalie and bounces into the net.. Check it out..

Caution

Research suggest that eye-injuries are more common in Floorball as compared to Tennis, but less common as compared to Squash (similar to Racquetball).
To minimize this risk of injury Floorballcentral recommend: Use certified protective eye-wear (mandated in many European areas for the youth). Do not lay down on the court. Follow the rules strict on stick height.
