Unbeliveable? Historic material from way before Floorball

This is a private clip from Phil Carlson's private collection in Minneapolis and it is an early advertising movie from the Cosom Corporation.
This shows how it looked like before Floorball and before Floor Hockey became what it became...
If you look closely you will see sequences that looks very much like Floorball, but also it very much looks like Floor Hockey too.
We think this was made in 1963-65. We think most was filmed in Michigan and possibly also in Minneapolis.
We further think it is remarkable that the concept of Floorball as being a sport for all - already during the 60's - more or less - was used as in this promotion clip.
The more modern expression today would probably be "the inclusive sport". But it is also fun to know that the idea that "Floorball is for all" is not just a recently glued on advertising trick.
Nope it was designed with the idea to be an inclusive game...

Research suggest that eye-injuries are more common in Floorball as compared to Tennis, but less common as compared to Squash (similar to Racquetball).
To minimize this risk of injury Floorballcentral recommend: Use certified protective eye-wear (mandated in many European areas for the youth). Do not lay down on the court. Follow the rules strict on stick height.
