Pro-Motion in 2012

We think Pro-Motion means something like "for movement" even if we never took any Latin classes.

We also think Floorball is a good way to get some motion.

On the radio, today, we heard an angry voice saying something like - why is there an Internet - should we then not use it?

As it comes to Floorball we think there is two main parts:
Part one is to play and administrate the game.
Part two is to promote the game.

This said, we want to comment a bit what the IFF has done so far as in respect of the World Floorball Championships 2012.
We think their video coverage is out of this world. This is by far the best we ever have seen. Well produced, fast and comprehensive. This may almost not be any better. And we do not think even the big well established sports can do this trick since they are way to tied up with old ways of doing things.
On Twitter they also act with a tone and a frenetic attitude that is just perfect to us. Well done the IFF we want to celebrate you.
This post will not dwell into further enhancements, we only think there are a just a few possible and available... We might get back to that later on - for now we think what the IFF do - as well as our great guys at Floorballshop Spain - and what they both produce, is seriously good for what we like.

Thank you all involved in this we do know that you do a lots of hard work and that it all will pay off for a better Floorball future one day. We just wanted to share a bit of a pre-mature thank You!

Keep that ball bouncing!

Research suggest that eye-injuries are more common in Floorball as compared to Tennis, but less common as compared to Squash (similar to Racquetball).
To minimize this risk of injury Floorballcentral recommend: Use certified protective eye-wear (mandated in many European areas for the youth). Do not lay down on the court. Follow the rules strict on stick height.

Also if you get addicted to this sport - do not blame us!
