In April 13th 2013, Tomah Wisconsin, we will play the
Midwest Floorball Championship

Previous years we have arranged tourneys with players and/or teams from Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Colorado, and California. Formal invitations are at this point pending.
We recommend interested teams to get prepared
Most likely we will play this tournament with advanced teams,
as well as intermediate and/or recreational teams
We will need help with teams, players, sponsors and various volunteers

If interested in Floorball in Wisconsin and Tomah - we play every Sunday - free of charge - at THS at 5 for kids and at 6 PM for teens and adults. Floorball is fast, friendly and provides all players (co-ed teams) with a decent workout. Floorball was invented in Minnesota and Michigan 50 years ago and was further much refined in Europe. Floorball is on track to become a Summer Olympic Sport. Tomah is no 1 in Wisconsin

You will be invited - only share your email with ulfjens@gmail.com.
The Floorball Midwest Championship will be arranged by
the Tomah Parks & Rec, and Tomah Fury

This post will move to the Tomah Open Tab above on this blog as it is gone from the main news stream

Caution

Research suggest that eye-injuries are more common in Floorball as compared to Tennis, but less common as compared to Squash (similar to Racquetball).
To minimize this risk of injury Floorballcentral recommend: Use certified protective eye-wear (mandated in many European areas for the youth). Do not lay down on the court. Follow the rules strict on stick height.

Also if you get addicted to this sport - do not blame us!
