A color twisted COSOM logo

Here it is a color twisted version of Cosom's logo. We color changed this a bit so no one else could say that they have the copyright.
This is a piece of a logo direct from original authentic marketing material from back in the 60ties way long before Mr. Ahlquist discovered Floorball in Sweden.
Any Connoisseur must in this logo discover the distinct COSOM logo accompanied by an over-size "C" like in Carlson. Then of course the shape of the logo might also make you think about a curved floorball blade (maybe if you stretch your imagination a bit). Then the ball. It is the fun-ball - invented and designed in Minneapolis. The ball that is the main icon for Floorball.

And yes the truth is that the Cosom company through the years made more money on their balls as compared to the later stick inventions...

You want to know a well kept secret? The Cosom name, where did it come from? Well according to Mr. Phillip H. Carlson the cousin of the founder Clinton V. Carlson. Well, Clinton as a child had a hard time to say his own name. And since as he tried to say Carlson, it just sounded like Cosom. So when he was ready to defeat the world - the company he formed got his own name - just as he himself would call it as a child.

The perfect name for a toy company.

Caution

Research suggest that eye-injuries are more common in Floorball as compared to Tennis, but less common as compared to Squash (similar to Racquetball).
To minimize this risk of injury Floorballcentral recommend: Use certified protective eye-wear (mandated in many European areas for the youth). Do not lay down on the court. Follow the rules strict on stick height.
